The King Robert Hotel is situated on the site of the Battle of Bannockburn on the outskirts of historic Stirling, yet only minutes from the motorway network. It is ideally placed in the heart of Scotland for those wishing to explore all our country has to offer, with the glorious Trossachs, countless golf courses, the Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, The Falkirk Wheel and of course Stirling, all on our doorstep. A WARM WELCOME
The Rob Roy Hotel is wonderfully situated in idyllic countryside at the gateway to the glorious Trossachs and is set within Scotland’s first National Park. Named after the legendary local folk hero Rob Roy McGregor, The Rob Roy offers excellent food friendly staff, and good old fashioned value for money. There are 100 en-suite bedrooms, all non-smoking and with television, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.
The hotel is a short stroll along the banks of the Forth River to the picturesque village of Aberfoyle where you will find scottish made Arts, Crafts and Clothing, and 3 Visitor Centres. The splendours of Loch Katrine, Callender, Historic Stirling and Loch Lomond are all witthin easy striking distance, and the hotel is an ideal centre for touring the Trossachs, Perthshire and the Highlands.
A lounge menu offering freshly produced local food is available throughout the day in the Thistle Bar, and the Tartan Room is an excellent spot for lunch or an evening meal, whilst The Ballroom hosts a popular Dinner Dance most Saturdays throughout the year.

The Hotel has 52 bedrooms all tastefully decorated with private en-suite facilities, LCD television (most are Smart Tv's) , tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and free Wi-Fi. As well as having twin and double rooms we also have family rooms which can sleep up to 5 people.
The Hotel also offers a fully renovated self catering holiday let which can sleeps up to 8 guests.
EAT & DRINK
Our lounge bar is open daily for a relaxing drink, and also provides a large flat-screen satellite TV showing all the latest sporting action.
The hotel features our Bruce's Bistro restaurant, serving both lunch and dinner in a modern and relaxed atmosphere.
